The second ASSEMBLE Plus Call for Projects will re-open on 27 August 2018. The project proposals will be evaluated at a pre-defined "collection date" and the applicants will be notified on the "evaluation announcement" dates. The schedule is as follows:

The ASSEMBLE Plus Service offer describes the resources available to users for on-site and remote access, these details being posted once a call has opened. Please note that the services that can be accessed at the infrastructure sites may vary over time. Contact details are given along with each service, additionally the Liaison Officer details for all stations can be found in this spreadsheet .

Please read the instructions provided in the How To Apply? to learn how to submit a proposal once a call has opened. Refer to the Applicant Guidelines to familiarise yourself with the project submission process. 

What do we do with your data?

To submit a proposal to use TA services, it is necessary to register on the EMBRC website, hosted by VLIZ. The data privacy policy of VLIZ covers all data privacy issues related to the information you provide to create your user account and your proposal. This policy has been updated to meet Europe’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

When you submit a TA proposal, all of the information you provide is –  unless stated otherwise –  used or processed in the following way:

  • Your email address is only used for matters related to your TA proposal and to send announcements about the TA call
  • In the Applicant Guidelines the workflow of handling a proposal is explained. The following parties see your proposals (text and attachements)
    • The marine station/installion(s) to which you are applying, for the purpose of making a technical assessment
    • A panel of scientific experts, for the purpose of judging the scientific content of the proposal
    • The Access Officer, for the purpose of ensuring the eligabliity criteria of your proposal have been met
    • Administation, for the purpose of administering the proposals in the VLIZ system
  • All parties have been asked to keep the data you provide confidential
